हमारी कहानी — Our Story

Every Murti Carries a Family’s Hands

Murtiwallah began as a single karigar workshop in Aligarh and has grown into a Pan-India wholesale house — without ever moving casting and carving off the karigar’s bench.

प्रक्रिया — Process

How a Murti Is Made

01
Design & Proportion

Every piece starts as a scale drawing measured against shastra ratios, not a mould catalogue.

02
Rough Cast or Carve

Metal is lost-wax cast; stone is rough-cut by hand from a single block.

03
Hand Finishing

Eyes, ornaments and drapery folds are finished entirely by hand — the step that separates a murti from a casting.

04
Inspection & Dispatch

Every piece is inspected for casting purity and finish before it leaves the workshop.

What We Hold To

Craft Over Speed

We'd rather ship six weeks late than ship a piece our karigars aren't proud of.

Fair to the Karigar

Piece-rate pay is benchmarked above market, with festival-season bonuses.

Honest Grading

We tell you when a piece has natural variation — we don't hide it in the photos.

Pan-India Reliability

The same delivery promise whether you're ordering 1 piece or 1,000.
